We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and your order may be printed the same day depending on our workload. However, same-day print and ship is not guaranteed unless this Rush service is purchased.Our standard turnaround time remains the same (see the website header for current TAT). If you’d like to guarantee same-day printing and shipping, we recommend adding the Rush service to your order.
When you're on a tight schedule and every second matters, our Custom DTF Rush Service ensures your projects move forward quickly. This premium service is available exclusively to customers whose gang sheets have been emailed to order@pnwprintco.com or created using our Online Gang Sheet Builder and are ready to print and no additional work or back-and-forth emailing to clarify your order is needed!
Our regular turnaround time is 1-3 business days. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Same-Day Rush Printing: Place your order before 9:30 AM PST, and we'll have it printed, packaged, and ready to ship or pick up by the end of the same business day. Orders received after 9:30 AM will be ready the next business day. Please note that refunds will not be given if your Same-Day service request is placed too late.
Whether you're using our Custom Online DTF Gang Sheet Builder or sending a print-ready file to order@pnwprintco.com, our Rush Service guarantees quick prints without sacrificing quality.

Because of the nature of these items (custom or personalized), we do not cancel or refund already completed or shipped items.
Unless your items arrive damaged in transit or defective, returns are not accepted. Refunds will not be given for forced (unauthorized) returns.

Actual colors may vary. This is because every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, and everyone sees these colors differently. Please understand the actual color may differ from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the actual color of the transfer.
Send your artwork in CMYK, if possible. If your artwork is in RGB, our software will convert it to CMYK. However, the transfer colors may vary slightly from the colors of your original artwork.
