Why is it "OPTIONAL"?

Because we may or may not be able to print it the same day—we work really hard to process all orders as quickly as possible! Your order may even ship the same day without you paying for this service. However, same-day processing is not guaranteed unless you add the separate RUSH option (linked above) to your cart.

For optimal results, the acceptable resolution for DTF printing is 300 DPI or higher. There are 2 ways to prepare your gang sheets for printing:

ATTENTION:

Your artwork needs to be submitted in a print-ready format.
We will not modify sizes or rearrange your gang sheets.
Some graphic software may downsize your file. After saving your gang sheet: re-open it and ensure it's still 22" wide.
We will not consolidate images into a gang sheet unless you opt for the Gang Sheet Building service.
Edits can be accommodated, but they must be requested when placing your order. A minimum charge of $15 will apply for custom edits, with an increase based on the scope of alterations.

If Rush is not added to your cart, your order will follow our regular turnaround time and be printed in the order it was received.

What happens if you select “YES – I want Rush Service” but don’t add the Rush Service to your cart?

Your order will not automatically pop up in our rush queue for the day — we simply won’t see it flagged as Rush. This means it may be printed within 1 day if our queue is light (we don’t delay orders just because 😉), or it may wait a bit longer if we’re busy — but never beyond the official TAT posted in the header.
