At PNW Print Co., we are committed to providing efficient and transparent service. Our turnaround time (TAT) is designed to ensure you receive top-quality UV DTF transfers without unnecessary delays. Our standard TAT is 1-3 business days (please check our website header for the Current TAT, as it may vary depending on our workload or vacations).

Please note that a one-business-day turnaround begins 24 hours after your order is placed AND your print-ready files are received, allowing us ample time to deliver the best results. Before that, it falls under "same-day printing," which we don't offer.

For instance, if you place your order at 3:00 PM on Monday, the 1-business day TAT commences at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, with your order ready for shipping or pickup by 3:00 PM on Wednesday. Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. We appreciate your understanding and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to provide you with exceptional DTF transfer prints.

Our wide-format UV DTF printers are designed for 24"-wide DTF film rolls. To accommodate the printer's requirements, our UV DTF Gang Sheets are 23" wide, leaving a 0.5"-wide border on each side of the roll.

We offer different UV DTF Gang Sheet lengths, ranging from 1 to 6 linear feet. For orders exceeding 6 linear feet - create multiple sheets and place your order using any combination of lengths that adds up to your total order size.

Please keep in mind that 1 linear foot is equivalent to 2 square feet.

All orders must be submitted as ready-to-print gang sheets. We will not gang or re-size images for you. If you require any edits, please request them when submitting your order. Keep in mind that there is a minimum charge of $15 for custom edits, and this fee may increase based on the extent of the alterations needed. The service charge will be added to your invoice, and the turnaround time for alterations may delay your order by up to 3-5 business days.

To save time and money, consider creating your own gang sheets. You can find instructions on how to build gang sheets in the first Q&A of this F.A.Q. Using the gang sheet building app is the easiest and most efficient option!

It's a simple math exercise! ;) All you need to do is build a short gang sheet with just a few copies of your design. Once you know the size of your small gang sheet and the number of copies needed, you can easily come up with an estimate!

Let me give you an example to demonstrate this:

For instance, let's say you want to order 200 sets of 10.5"-wide back transfers and 3.5"-wide pocket logos.

Solution: Build a gang sheet with 4 large and 4 small prints. This gang sheet will be printed 50 times for a total of 200 transfers.

If your gang sheet is 21" long, then your total order is 21" x 50 copies = 1050" long. Divide this number by 6, and you'll have your order in square feet: 1050/6=175 sq. ft.
